Our 1997 compilation
of recipes from staff, volunteers and supporting contributors was
well received. So well received in fact that additional
fabulous recipes and cooking tips poured in from all over. The volume
was updated, then updated again, but practical realities overwhelmed
us and we were unable to keep Cooking With Critters Underfoot in
stock. Now the electronic age allows us to avoid the pitfalls of
printed works.

version on CD-ROM includes all of the original paper volume plus
revisions and improvements. There are more than 475 taste tested
recipes included! It is extremely easy to use, and works pretty much
like a printed book. The

page, and moving your mouse replaces fingers turning pages. No other
computer literacy is required. Users can browse through complete
recipes looking for something that catches their eye. Or one can
